Privacy

The short version

This site sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, and runs no advertising or tracking pixels. The fonts are served from our own domain, so even loading the page does not tell anyone else that you were here. The only information we hold is what you deliberately type into the form on the start page.

What the site collects on its own

Nothing that identifies you. We use privacy-first, aggregate analytics that record page views without cookies and without any cross-site identifier, and only when the deployment is configured with a token. There is no profile of you, because there is nothing to build one from.

Our infrastructure provider logs standard request data (an IP address, a timestamp, a user agent) for the ordinary reasons any web server does: keeping the site up and turning away abuse. We use one of those, the IP address, to rate-limit the intake form so it cannot be flooded.

What you give us on purpose

If you complete the form on the start page, we receive what you wrote: your operator type, your market, what you told us about your customers, where technology falls short for you, what you would build, and your contact details. We ask for consent before you can submit it, and the consent is specific: it lets us contact you about that inquiry.

We use it to do exactly one thing: decide whether there is a venture here and write back to you. It is:

• read by the people named on our team page, and nobody else;
• held in confidence, and treated as commercially sensitive, because it is;
• never sold, rented, brokered, or used to train anything;
• kept only while the conversation is live, and deleted on request.

Ask us to delete it

Write to hello@synovaindustries.com and say so. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need to justify yourself. We will delete what we hold and confirm when it is done.

The ventures we build

This page covers this website. A company we build with you is a separate entity with its own systems, its own obligations, and its own privacy commitments to its own customers, and those are governed by that company's policies rather than this one. What we do bring to it is an engine in which every action the system takes is recorded and verifiable, which tends to make those obligations easier to meet rather than harder.
