A description of how Synova Industries works and an invitation to start a conversation. Use it, read it, quote it, send it to a colleague. By using it you agree to the modest terms below.

Nothing here is an offer

The pages on this site describe how we typically work. They are not an offer, a solicitation, a quote, or a commitment, and nothing on them creates a partnership, a joint venture, or any obligation on either side. A venture begins when both parties sign an agreement that says so, and the terms of that agreement are the terms that count. If something on this site and something in a signed agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.

What we say about outcomes

We describe what our engine does and how our process runs. We do not promise a result, a valuation, a revenue figure, or an exit, because nobody honestly can, and a studio that did would be telling you something about itself. The ventures we build are real companies, and real companies carry real risk.

What you send us

Send us only what you have the right to send. We hold what you submit through the start form in confidence and treat it as commercially sensitive, as described in our privacy notice. Submitting an inquiry does not, on its own, create a confidentiality agreement between us; when a conversation reaches the point where one is warranted, we sign one. Please do not send anything that is subject to someone else's confidentiality obligations.

Ownership

The words, design, code, and marks on this site belong to us. The engine and the underlying technology are proprietary and licensed to each venture under its own agreement. What you tell us about your business remains yours.

The usual disclaimer, said plainly

This site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and current to the best of our ability, and we would genuinely like to know if we have got something wrong, but we do not warrant that every word is correct at every moment, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a marketing page. Take decisions on the basis of a signed agreement.
